Trying Something New

As some of you know I'll be headed off to graduate school in about a week. As departure time approaches I've started thinking about good ways to share my adventures, and education, with all the people I care about. I do certainly use my Instagram a lot, but as much as I love punny photo captions, I don't think it's the best way to share stories. And lets be honest the ever changing use of Facebook makes sharing stories on that platform a bit "old school". So I guess what I'm trying to say is that I have settled on a blog. I'm not promising weekly updates or phenomenal grammar, but I will do my best to share moments that have had an impact on me, both big and small.
My blog with most likely be filled with tidbits about traveling and new places, theatre/acting, as well as a good many post about Shakespeare. I mean I am going to the Shakespeare Institute after all. I already have the first leg of my adventure booked and will be leaving Chicago headed to London, where I will stay for a night and then scurry off to Stratford-Upon-Avon. Though my leg in London will be brief I plan to see a few sights like the Sherlock Holmes Museum and Regents Park, just to name a few. Then I'll get to work on making Stratford-Upon-Avon my home for the next year and a half.
